Service layers (Cloud – Managed Service)
All service layers are delivered on the same professional accounting engine. The difference lies in operational scope, support commitment, and governance depth — not in software quality.

Response targets apply during coverage hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 CET) unless an SLA states otherwise.
One-time setup fee applies to all layers and depends on scope and complexity. The exact amount is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT applies according to EU regulations. Annual billing is standard. Monthly billing is available by agreement for eligible customers.
Important principles: no reduced builds, no feature-cut versions. All clients run the same professional core. Service layers control scope and responsibility, not code quality. Upgrades require no migration or re-implementation.
On-Premise licensing
For organizations that must operate on their own infrastructure. You purchase a per-instance license and may add renewable annual support.
- License (per instance): €2,400 – €9,900 (scope dependent)
- Support: active support plan included for the first 12 months; renewable annually.
- Infrastructure: operated by the client

Add-ons & professional services
Available for Professional, Enterprise, and Exclusive clients. All services are scoped and priced in writing before execution.
